20 Logic Puzzles Riddles



If you have very deep interest in solving puzzles, then just tell me one thing. Are all puzzles and riddles having some logical meanings? It is definitely not. I have found many such riddles that are not only illogical, but also very dull having no charm to solve them. These are such puzzles or riddles that become the cause of losing interest of people in terms of participation in such intelligent activities. However, some riddles are really very logical and demand true intelligence to solve them. People really enjoy using brain on such logical puzzles. I am also a great fan of logical puzzles and riddles and this is the reason that has compelled me to collect a long list of such puzzles. Now, you can see a beautiful collection of very logical puzzles and riddles and obviously, this is the best way of consuming time than any other type of task.

  • There are 5 houses in 5 different colors. In each house lives a person with a different nationality. The 5 owners drink a certain type of beverage, smoke a certain brand of cigar, and keep a certain pet. No owners have the same pet, smoke the same brand of cigar, or drink the same beverage. Somebody owns a fish. The question is: who?
    Hints: The Brit lives in the red house! The Swede keeps dogs as pets.! The Dane drinks tea.
  • Lost your way
    You're travelling to some village. At some point there is a fork in the road. You could go two ways but only one of them leads to the village. Lucky for you there are two men standing next to the fork. But unfortunately one of them always lies and one always speaks the truth and you do not know who is who. Since the men do not really like to help you, you are allowed to ask one of them only one question. Which question should you ask? 
  • Find the way to freedom
    A peasant is convicted in China. He gets the death penalty. The judge allows him to say a last sentence in order to determine the way the penalty will be carried out. If the peasant lies, he will be hanged, if he speaks the truth he will be beheaded. The peasant speaks a last sentence and to everybody surprise some minutes later he is set free because the judge cannot determine his penalty.  What did the peasant said?
